Food safety first

Because our premixes are consumable food products, opened or used sachets cannot be returned.

When we replace or refund

• The parcel arrived damaged or leaking.
• An item is missing from your order.
• You received the wrong flavour or product.

How to raise a request

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the parcel and product. Message @prepcultureshop, email prepcultureshop@gmail.com or call 8855952750.

Resolution

Once approved, we send a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically credited within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch — reach out quickly and we will do our best to stop the parcel.
